CVSP Advogados informs that, from the beginning of January, the co-founder and lawyer Mónica Cayolla da Veiga, after 7 years as a legal counsel at CMVM (Portuguese Securities Market Commission), returns to this office to provide legal assistance to clients and to develop new markets.
With a vast experience in Law, namely with commercial and financial law, Mónica has an LL.M. by the University of London –, Queen Mary and Westfield College, specialized in banking and finance, as well as, the experience of years as a legal counsel at the Portuguese regulator, which will be a considerable benefit for the firm.
CVSP Advogados comunica que a partir do início de Janeiro, a advogada fundadora Mónica Cayolla da Veiga, após 7 anos como jurista na CMVM, regressa ao escritório para prestar assessoria legal aos clientes e desenvolver novos mercados.
Com uma vasta experiência na advocacia, nomeadamente em direito comercial e financeiro, Mónica tem um LL.M. pela Universidade de Londres, Queen Mary and Westfield College, com especialidade nos sectores bancário e financeiro, além da experiência de vários anos como jurista no regulador português, pelo que irá trazer uma mais-valia ao escritório.
